The current launch configuration for Reframo limits certain capabilities that may remain implemented in the codebase for future releases.

For this launch build:

• public reminder configuration is not a user-facing feature
• public subscription purchase and restore flows are not part of the normal user-facing launch experience
• catalog-browsing surfaces are not part of the normal user-facing launch experience

If a future release enables additional features that change data handling, we will update this Privacy Policy.

Analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring

We may use analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools to understand product usage, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.

These tools may process information such as:

• app opens and screen views
• feature usage
• device and app version information

• performance metrics

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:

• sign in to sync progress across devices
• update or remove certain profile information

You can also stop using the App at any time. Removing the App from your device does not necessarily remove account-linked data stored in our services.

Children’s privacy

Reframo is a general-audience learning app. It is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization where required by law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in a way that should be removed, contact us and we will review the request.
