Account Deletion Request

Instructions for deleting your account and associated data from the authenticated Reframo app or web flow.

Last updated: Thu Apr 16 2026 00:00:00 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time)

If you wish to delete your Reframo account and all associated personal data, you can do so directly through the authenticated Reframo app or web account-management flow, or by contacting our support team.

Method 1: Web or In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest and easiest way to delete your data is through an authenticated Reframo deletion flow:

  1. Open the Reframo app on your device and go to Settings -> Delete Account, or sign in to the Reframo web account-management flow and open Delete account.
  2. Review the permanent deletion details and billing guidance.
  3. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete the account.

Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once confirmed, your account and learning progress will be immediately and irrevocably deleted from our active servers.

Method 2: Contact Support

If you no longer have access to the account or cannot complete the authenticated deletion flow, you can submit an account deletion request via email.

  1. Send an email to privacy@nulalabs.co from the email address associated with your Reframo account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. In the body of the email, please state your request to delete your account and all associated data.
  4. Our support team will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once completed.

What Data is Deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently erased from our active databases:

  • Your Firebase Auth identity (email address and login credentials).
  • Your user profile and settings.
  • Your entire learning history, including completed topics, streaks, and engagement metrics.

What Data is Kept?

We may retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or security purposes, even after an account deletion request. This may include:

  • Transaction History: Records of past purchases or subscriptions (e.g., via RevenueCat or app stores) are retained to comply with financial and tax reporting obligations.
  • Aggregated/Anonymized Data: We may keep de-identified analytics data (e.g., crash logs or general app usage statistics) that can no longer be linked back to you.

If you have any questions about this process, please contact us at privacy@nulalabs.co.
